Yep, 36's are crazy also. My friend just got 36 Float 09 in white and they are so sweeeeeeet I would recommend 36's to all people but 32's just for low weight people, I am talking about in street/park/dirt.

OD of tubes doesnt really matter, just use whatever you think or what u see on other bikes.
the ID i use 0.035" cromo for everything, and triple butted steel just comes as thick as it does.
